Iconlivery
A product spec and working prototype for an AI icon-set generator that sells consistency, not single icons — one style and palette locked per collection, so the twentieth icon matches the first.
Iconlivery generates icons one at a time with AI, but the product is the set: a user creates a collection, fixes its visual style and palette once, then describes icons individually. Because every icon in a collection is generated from that same locked style, they actually match — same stroke weight, same colors, same shape treatment — which a general-purpose image generator can't do, since every generation there starts from zero.
Every generation debits a token (1 for PNG, 2 for SVG) only on a delivered result — a failed call refunds automatically — and the exact prompt, resolved colors included, is shown for approval before anything is charged. Output is transparent PNG or editable SVG, exported as a zip with multiple PNG sizes plus the palette as text.
This entry covers both the product spec (pricing, Firestore data model, generation pipeline, the PNG-vs-SVG transparency trade-off) and a static front-end prototype of the marketing site and app screens — dashboard, collection view with icons mid-generation and in error states, variant comparison, and token purchase — built to be genuinely clickable, without a real backend behind it yet.
