My MIP
An internal planning and timesheet tool with smart Slack reminders, holiday-aware scheduling, and Odoo-connected project tracking tied to trade-show milestones.
My MIP is the internal tool employees use to fill in their weekly planning. It proactively reminds people who haven't logged their schedule via a Slack message the next morning, and is aware of public holidays and days off so reminders stay relevant instead of noisy.
Plannings are linked directly to the company's active deals ("affaires"), synced from Odoo, so time logged maps cleanly back to real business activity.
It also tracks upcoming trade shows and major deadlines, and links them to the projects being prepared for them — clicking an event surfaces exactly how far along each associated project is, based on days logged against the days sold.
