Bailizy takes over the one recurring chore every small landlord dreads: rebuilding the same rent receipt in Word or Excel every month. It prepares each month's due amount ahead of time, and the landlord just confirms whether it was paid in full, partially, or not at all.
Based on that single confirmation, Bailizy generates and emails the right document automatically — a payment notice ahead of the due date, a receipt for a partial payment, or a full quittance once everything is settled — and archives every document it sends.
A daily cron job drives the automatic reminders and sends, though manual sending is always available too. Free for a single active property, then a flat €5/month covers unlimited properties and every document and email sent.
